The students come from four elementary
schools ― Hidaka, Seisyu, Kokufu and Yashiro. 184 boys and 184 girls are at Hidaka Higashi Junior High School as of April 2, 2003 . The Globally famous adventurer, Uemura Naomi, who climbed Mt. Everest by
himself for the first time in the world graduated from this school. ‘Independence,
Friendship and Volunteering’―this is the school precept. |
